About Project Helena
Mission-critical observability, built in the open.
What we build
Project Helena develops open-source observability tools for engineering teams that run mission-critical infrastructure. Our products — Warden for uptime monitoring and Recon for cost intelligence — are built in Go and designed to deploy anywhere.
Why we exist
Monitoring shouldn't require a six-figure contract or a PhD in query languages. We believe every team deserves reliable, fast, and transparent observability tooling. That's why everything we ship is open-source under the AGPL license.
How we work
We build in public on GitHub. Every feature starts as an issue, every decision is documented, and every release is tagged. If you want to contribute, the codebase is the best place to start.
Where we are
Project Helena, Inc. operates from Bogotá, Colombia (4.7110°N 74.0721°W).
