1. Introduction

Project Helena, Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the projecthelena.com website and related services. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our services.

2. Information we collect

Account information. When you sign up for a waitlist or create an account, we collect your email address and any other information you provide.

Payment information. Stripe collects and processes payment details for Managed Warden subscriptions. We receive transaction, subscription, customer email and billing information needed to confirm payment and provide the service, but we do not receive your complete card number.

We use server logs, first-party browser storage, and Microsoft Clarity to understand site usage and improve the experience.

Technical data. We collect your IP address, browser type, operating system, and device information to ensure our services function correctly and to detect abuse.

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our services
  • Send you updates about our products (only if you opt in)
  • Respond to your requests and support inquiries
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
  • Comply with legal obligations

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with third-party service providers who assist us in operating our services, including Stripe for payment processing and subscription management, hosting providers and email delivery services, but only to the extent necessary for them to perform their services. We may also disclose information if required by law.

5. Data retention

We retain your data only for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@projecthelena.com.

8. Cookies and browser storage

We use essential cookies required for our services to function and first-party local storage to retain the original landing page, referrer, and campaign parameters until a conversion can be attributed, for up to 90 days. Microsoft Clarity may set analytics cookies or similar identifiers. We do not use advertising cookies or sell this information.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page with a revised “last updated” date.
